Versa RES, based in West Chicago, Illinois, provides landlord representation, investment sales/dispositions, tenant representation and acquistion advisory services. John Millner, CCIM serves as principal and co-founder. Prior to founding Versa RES, he was a managing director with Bradford Allen and he has completed hundreds of transactions of various sizes and asset classes. Millner serves as the 2020 president of the CCIM Illinois chapter.
Ryan Moen, SIOR also serves as principal and co-founder. He began his career with Oak Brook Bank (now Fifth Third Bank) as a real estate analyst and portfolio manager, followed by a stint with TriLand Properties, where his responsibilities included acquisitions, capital raising and leasing a national 2.5 million square foot retail portfolio.
