Lucas Storage is 28 miles northeast of downtown Dallas. The Class-A property has 719 units totaling 69,520 square feet.
Bill Bellomy, Michael Johnson, Logan Foster and Hugh Horne of Versal represented Dahlia ARR LLC, the Dallas-based seller. The team also secured the Dallas-based buyer, Baranof Holdings, LLC.
