Versona Associates has signed a lease at HSA Commercial Real Estate’s The Mayfair Collection, a regional shopping center in Wauwotasa, Wisconsin, in the Milwaukee market.
This will be Versona’s first store in Wisconsin. Versona is an upscale women’s boutique. The new store will be located next to DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse, and will open in the spring of next year.
Phase 1 of The Mayfair Collection, which opened in April of 2014, is now fully leased. The project’s second phase, scheduled to open in February of 2016, will be anchored by Whole Foods Market.
