Cullinan Properties, Ltd. has announced the addition of Vic Pildes as senior vice president of development, Anchor Leasing.
He will be responsible for development and municipal-related activities for new projects in the Cullinan portfolio, assist in the identification of new acquisition opportunities and lead anchor leasing efforts throughout Cullinan’s portfolio.
Pildes earned his bachelors in urban geography, as well as architecture, and masters of architecture with a concentration in Real Estate Development, from the University of Michigan. He is a licensed architect and a member of ICSC.
