Vice president with Omaha’s The Lund Company earns CCIM designation

Martin Patzner, vice president and office specialist for Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company in Omaha, Nebraska, recently received the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation from the CCIM Institute.

To earn this designation, commercial real estate professionals must complete more than 160 hours of case-study driven education covering topics such as interest-based negotiation, financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis, investment analysis and ethics in commercial investment real estate.

Patzner has more than 24 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He primarily specializes in tenant and landlord representation in the office and industrial flex market for Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company. He has been involved in more than 6 million square feet totaling more than $350 million of brokerage transactions.
