Victoria Noonan named managing principal of Cushman & Wakefield’s Chicago office

Victoria Noonan has been named managing principal of Cushman & Wakefield‘s Chicago office.

She will lead a team of more than 350 brokerage, property management and project management professionals that serve investor and occupier clientele.

Noonan came from Tishman Speyer, where she began her career in 1978 as an administrative assistant and grew to lead the firm’s Chicago and Milwaukee leasing teams as managing director, responsible for a 9 million-square-foot portfolio of Class A office space.

Noonan is a member of CREW and the Chicago Office Leasing Brokers Association. She is immediate past chair of SGA Youth & Family Services, which provides mental health and prevention services to Chicago’s most impoverished communities and is the only Chicago agency to receive a federal Promise Neighborhood Grant to provide services to children from cradle to career.

Noonan is a graduate of DePaul University and the Illinois Institute of Technology’s Chicago-Kent College of Law, where she serves on the Board of Overseers and recently established the Victoria L. Noonan Scholarship.
