Chicago-based Dayton Street Partners has leased 2501 West Fulton in Chicago to Vienna Beef. The company will take the whole building when it moves its company headquarters from 2501 North Damen Avenue in the first quarter of 2020. All office and warehouse employees will shift to the new building while manufacturing will remain at the company’s South Side facility.
“2501 West Fulton is strategically located near Vienna’s manufacturing facility in the Stockyards Industrial Park and in close proximity to their labor force. It’s an ideal location for their headquarters,” said Dayton Street managing principal, Howard Wedren.
2501 West Fulton features 16-foot clear ceilings, two loading docks, one drive-in door, secure parking for 50 cars and 8,000 square feet of newly built office space. Dayton Street acquired the property in September 2018 and recently completed several upgrades including several interior warehouse updates, a newly paved parking lot and LED lighting.
Scott Duerkop and Dominic Carbonari of JLL represented Dayton Street in the transaction. NAI Hiffman’s Chris Gary represented Vienna Beef.
