Village Green and L3C Capital Partners LLC have formed a new multi-family housing partnership in the St. Louis area. Village Green has been awarded management of four luxury apartment communities in the Creve Coeur and Lake St. Louis markets. This brings the number of apartments Village Green manages and/or owns in the St. Louis area to 4,000 units.
L3C Capital Partners LLC, a New York-based investment company, recently purchased a portfolio including four St. Louis multi-family communities. The properties of Cross Creek, Cove West, Westchase and Cedar Lakes will each undergo multi-million dollar renovations, including individual apartment upgrades. The construction and interior design will be led by Village Green Construction and Village Green Interiors, two Village Green companies. The communities will be managed by Village Green’s St. Louis regional office.
