Developer Village Green on Dec. 16 broke ground on a luxury 82-unit apartment building in St. Louis’ Central West End neighborhood.
This is in addition to the existing 318 apartments already located in three high-rise buildings. The new apartment complex will be known as Central West End City Apartments.
The new apartment building will include boutique hotel-style amenities and services, a 17th-floor Sky Park, a historic ballroom turned clubroom, St. Louis Workout professional gym, 24-hour concierge and a Kitchen Sink restaurant and bar.
The courtyard will feature an outdoor movie theater, grilling stations, outdoor fireplace, resort-style seating, pool and volleyball courts.
