JLL announced that Village Green, a 90,473-square-foot, Publix-anchored shopping center in Nolensville, Tennessee, is fully leased.
The latest retail additions at the recently opened center include Verizon, the national wireless provider, The Amish House, a handcrafted Amish furniture store, and Tipsy Cow, a wine and spirits shop. JLL Managing Director William Shell led leasing efforts on behalf of Watkins Real Estate Group (Watkins).
The new retail tenants join a dynamic lineup of national and new-to-market retailers, including Chase Bank, Tropical Smoothie Café, Floyd’s 99 Barbershop, Great Clips, Mountain Mike’s Pizza, Chipotle, First Watch, Hand & Stone Massage, Club Pilates, Heartland Dental, Jersey Mike’s, Abbott’s Frozen Custard and Physicians Urgent Care.
Located at 7344 Nolensville Road, Village Green opened in October 2025 and is designed to serve one of Middle Tennessee’s fastest-growing communities with convenient access to shopping, dining and essential services. Positioned in Williamson County, the wealthiest county in Tennessee, the center is surrounded by strong residential growth and is the area’s dominant grocery-anchored retail destination. Developed by Watkins, which has delivered more than 50 Publix-anchored centers across the Southeast since 1980, Village Green fills a critical need for high-quality neighborhood retail in Nolensville. Village Green was recently named commercial development of the year by CoStar for seamlessly blending retail into the surrounding community while delivering walkability and thoughtfully designed gathering spaces.
