Village Green has taken over management of Fairlane Town Center Apartments, a 200-unit apartment community in Dearborn, Michigan.
Village Green now manages 44 apartment communities in Michigan and more than 140 properties in 22 cities throughout the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, Southwest and East Coast.
“Adding another Detroit-area apartment property to our portfolio is very meaningful to us. This is our home and we are happy to live and work in the community. We look forward to bringing this property a new level of professional management and award-winning resident satisfaction,” said Diane Batayeh, president and chief operating officer of Village Green, in a statement.
Some of the features of the gated community include a swimming pool with sundeck, 24-hour fitness studio, a clubhouse and a business center. The community offers multiple floor plans and designer finishes – each with a gourmet kitchen.
The clubhouse will be renovated to offer a business center and complimentary WiFi. Each apartment’s kitchen will be renovated receiving new granite counters, stainless steel appliances and glass back-splashes.
