Vinayaka Holdings Corporation has purchased a 204,345-square-foot property located at 1000 E. Woodfield Rd. in Schaumburg, Illinois.
Entre Commercial‘s Brian Bocci represented the buyer in the purchase. The firm will also be handling the marketing of the refurbished building for lease.
Vinayaka has completed several renovations to the building, including the lobby and recent painting of the exterior. The parking lot will be refurbished and new landscaping will be installed.
Suites range from 500 to 200,000 square feet, with large balcony areas and views overlooking a lake. The property is walking distance to Woodfield Mall and nearby restaurants, hotels, shopping and other amenities.
