Vision & Beyond Capital Investments is growing its footprint in Cincinnati with its acquisition of the Clifton Colony, a 297-unit multifamily community in Clifton, Ohio.
The development is one of the neighborhood’s largest apartment complexes and offers close proximity to the University of Cincinnati, several hospitals and Interstate-75.
The developer is in the early stages of creating an improvement plan at Clifton Colony. Vision & Beyond plans to invest $5 million to install new HVAC and windows. The company will also improve the community’s surroundings with enhanced landscaping. Vision & Beyond’s construction team will also begin renovations to add udpated amenities to units that become vacant through attrition.
The development will continue to serve the workforce-housing population, including middle-income, young professional and student tenants. No tenants will be displaced while renovations are underway.
Clifton Colony offers one- and two-bedroom floorplans that rent for between $610 and $890 a month.
