Vision & Beyond Capital Investments is growing its investment footprint with the acquisition of two multifamily developments in Louisville, Kentucky, and New Albany, Indiana.
The Cincinnati-based developer has closed on The Quad Apartments at 600 Marshall St. near the University of Louisville. The 79-unit multifamily development is 90 percent occupied.
Vision & Beyond also recently closed on Lofts on 3rd, a Class-A multifamily residential development at 390 Spring St. in New Albany, Indiana. Construction on the 52-unit development was completed in March of 2021. The development is almost completely occupied.
Vision & Beyond plans to enact property management efficiencies and improve the properties with the goal of retaining tenants. The developer is investing $20 million to acquire and renovate both market-rate properties.
