Visographic has purchased a 38,014-square-foot industrial building located at 1220 National Ave. in Addison. Jeff Janda, principal, and Mike Plumb, senior vice president, of Lee & Associates of Illinois LLC represented the seller, Castaldo & Kasovic Inc., and Jim Cummings of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the buyer in the transaction.
Separately, Scott Anderson, vice president of Lee & Associates of Illinois, represented Hayes Beer Distributing Company in its renewal of 33,654 square feet of warehouse space located at 5009 W. 122nd St. in Alsip. The building is owned by Prologis.
