Cawley Chicago recently completed a five-year lease transaction with tenant, Vocel at The Auxiliary Building located at 1550 West Carroll Avenue in Chicago’s ever popular Kinzie Corridor. The historic brick and heavy timber building offers creative loft office space with attractive high lofted ceilings, beautiful natural light and secured, fenced parking.
Ownership has recently completed a large-scale renovation to the property including new façade, landscape, a rooftop deck, tenant lounge, and enhanced security, making it a very desirable place to work. Larry Serota & Daye Williams of Transwestern represented the tenant in this transaction. Cawley Chicago Managing Principal, Zach Pruitt alongside Vice President, Nicholas Schaefer represented the building ownership.
