Katie Watts with Colliers International in Cleveland was named a 2015 Developing Leader award winner by NAIOP.
One of only 15 honorees, Watts was selected as one of North America’s up-and-coming commercial real estate professionals 35 years of age and under.
“We are extremely excited for Katie to be honored for her work in the industry,” said Brian Hurtuk, managing director, executive vice president and principal of Colliers|Cleveland, in a statement.
Watts is a brokerage vice president for the office services group. She will receive her award in October at NAIOP’s Commercial Real Estate Conference 2015 in Toronto.
