Justin Lossner, a vice preisdent with the Des Moines office of JLL, has earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation from the CCIM Institute.
Lossner received the designation during a ceremony Oct. 26 in Atlanta, Georgia.
The CCIM designation is awarded to commercial real estate professionals upon successful completion of an advanced curriculum and presentation of a portfolio qualifying industry experience. The curriculum addresses the cornerstones of commercial investment real estate – financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis, and investment analysis.
