Elmhurst, Illinois-based DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International has awarded Vice President Mandy Lewandowski with its 2024 HIGH-VOLUME Award. Leandowski received the award at the company’s annual dinner last month.
The HIGH-VOLUME award is earned by the broker who has completed the most transactions. In 2024, Lewandowski completed 67 brokerage deals including industrial, retail and office transactions.
Lewandowski’s transaction value for 2024 totaled over $11.5 million with 358,698 square feet of space leased. The vast majority of those transactions were deals that she sourced directly from her rigorous canvassing efforts.
Lewandowski joined the firm in 2013 with a primary focus on leasing industrial and commercial real estate spaces. In her first 18 months, she executed over 100 transactions while representing over 15 properties. Mandy has averaged more than 50 brokerage transactions per year since 2021.
