W.E. O’Neil has broken ground on two projects at Northwestern University.
One of the projects is a new 140,000-square-foot facility, 560 Lincoln Residence Hall, located at the north end of Northwestern University’s Evanston Campus.
The firm is currently self-performing the concrete foundations and structure for the 425-bed facility. The architects are Nagle Hartray Architecture, and William Rawn Associates.
Additionally, a 21,000-square-foot Wirtz Center for the Performing Arts project includes extensive renovations and a two-story addition to the current building. It will include black box classrooms and a design studio. The architect is Cannon Design.
