Constructed in 2009, Walgreens is located at 537 W Main Street at the hard corner intersection of S Orange Street. The property has a corporately guaranteed absolute net lease, and is the only Walgreens in Xenia, with the nearest Walgreens over 10 miles away
Craig Fuller, Scott Wiles, and Erin E. Patton, vice presidents in Marcus & Millichap’s Cleveland and Columbus offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a publicly traded REIT. The out-of-state private buyer secured new financing at closing.
