Walker & Dunlop has announced that Michelle M. Warner and Edward Q. Williams have been named co-heads of the Company’s FHA Finance division and will be responsible for all aspects of Walker & Dunlop’s FHA Finance program. Ms. Warner joins the Company from Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage, while Mr. Williams has been promoted into his new role.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Ms. Warner was FHA chief underwriter/program manager for Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage where she managed the FHA program including loan structuring, credit risk management, program compliance, HUD relationships and staff across the country. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Ms. Warner was vice president at Primary Capital Advisors where she managed the underwriting, closing and servicing groups for the Atlanta based commercial mortgage banking firm. Ms. Warner received her B.A. in Finance from the University of Maryland.
Mr. Williams joined Walker & Dunlop in February 2009 as vice president of FHA Finance and was subsequently promoted to deputy chief underwriter. Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Williams was an underwriter at Column Guaranteed, LLC/Credit Suisse. Before joining Column Guaranteed, Mr. Williams was a financial analyst/underwriter with AGM Financial Services, Inc. Mr. Williams started his career at Nationwide Insurance/Nationwide Financial Services. Mr. Williams received his B.A. in Finance from Capital University.
