Walker & Dunlop  has arranged a $30.9 million refinance for Clark Manor, a nursing home with access to clinical services for individuals requiring specialized residential care, in Chicago, Illinois.

Walker & Dunlop’s Joshua Rosen and Brad Annis led the origination team, which has considerable experience with seniors housing and healthcare facilities across the country. Leveraging their extensive knowledge of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) financing products, the Walker & Dunlop team refinanced the existing commercial debt utilizing HUD insured financing under Section 232/223(f).

Amenities of Clark Manor include short-term post-hospital physical rehabilitation, full-time physical, occupational and speech therapists as well as a secure dementia and Alzheimer’s floor.
