Walker & Dunlop recently originated a $19 million loan for a 575,000-square-foot light manufacturing/warehouse facility in Alsip, Ill.
John Pantone, senior vice president, led the Walker & Dunlop team that originated the CMBS loan. The loan was structured as a 10-year term with a 4.83 percent interest rate. It took 36 days to go from signed application to closing.
The manufacturing facility was built in 1971 and is located 20 miles south of Chicago. The property includes two structures.
