Walker & Dunlop recently arranged the HUD 232/223(f) refinance of Monarch Skilled Nursing & Rehab, a 75-unit skilled nursing and assisted living community in Marysville, Ohio.
Walker & Dunlop’s Frank Cassidy and his team arranged the refinance loan on behalf of Janet Harris and Holland Management. The transaction closed on Nov.16, 2022, for $10.92 million.
