Walker & Dunlop ranked 17th on Fortune Magazine’s 2017 List of 100 Fastest-Growing Companies.
The Fortune ratings are based on three-year growth in revenues, earnings-per-share and total shareholder return. Walker & Dunlop has delivered three-year growth rates in EPS and total shareholder return of more than 50 percent. The company was the highest-ranked company in the commercial real estate industry.
This is Walker & Dunlop’s second time on the list. It has also been recognized in Fortune’s Great Places to Work list for four of the past five years.
