Walker & Dunlop closed a $20 million loan for The Oaks of Shorewood, an age-restricted, luxury multifamily construction project in Shorewood, Wisconsin.
Walker & Dunlop’s Jeff Schmidt and Tim Cotter led the origination team. The team arranged a three-year, interest-only loan with local lender TCF Bank.
Sherman Associates will develop the project, which should be complete in 2018.
The site of the project lies along the Milwaukee River in the North Shore neighborhood of Shorewood, just north of Milwaukee.
