Walker & Dunlop recently provided more than $108 million in Fannie Mae financing to The Hampshire Group for a portfolio of residential multi-family properties in Indiana.
The portfolio consists of seven garden-style properties and 1,842 units located in Plainfield, Brownsburg, Danville, Greenfield, Avon and Fort Wayne, Ind.
The properties feature such amenities as a clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness center and private balconies and patios.
Steven Heller, a senior vice president with Walker & Dunlop, led the company’s team in this transaction.
