Walker & Dunlop ranked as the 11th largest commercial real estate lender in 2010 according to the Mortgage Bankers Association Annual Origination Rankings.
Other noteworthy rankings for Walker & Dunlop include being recognized as the second-largest Fannie Mae DUS lender, the third-largest lender on health care properties and the eighth-largest originator of financing on hotels and motels.
In 2010, Walker & Dunlop originated $3.2 billion in commercial real estate financing. As of Dec. 31, 2010, the Company’s servicing portfolio contained $14.6 billion of commercial mortgages and asset managed more than 1,600 properties across the United States.
