Chicago’s Walz Capital has acquired Dental Associates P.C., a 15,442-square-foot, two-property portfolio in West Des Moines and South Des Moines, Iowa.
Dental Associates P.C. has actively practiced throughout Des Moines for more than 45 years. This sale-leaseback is part of the 81,610 square feet of net-leased property recently acquired by Walz Capital.
