Wangard Partners’ mixed-use Avenir Apartments will officially open Feb. 6 in downtown Milwaukee.
Avenir Apartments, located at 1437 N. Jefferson St., is made up of 104 luxury apartment homes and 7.045 square feet of retail space.
The apartments are located in a walkable neighborhood with a Walk Score of 92. Restaurants, pubs, galleries and shops are all located within walking distance.
