Wangard Partners, Inc., a Milwaukee-based full-service real estate development firm, closed the sale of a 93,692-square-foot site at 5365 S Moorland Road in New Berlin, Wisconsin, to manufacturer New Berlin Plastics.
New Berlin Plastics, a leader in custom-injection molded plastic components, initially leased the building in February of this year and subsequently purchased the building from the investment group led by Wangard Partners.
New Berlin Plastic’s headquarters is located a short distance from this facility just south on Moorland Road.
Wangard Partners purchased the 5365 S. Moorland Road property in May of 2021 from Nassco Inc.
