Milwaukee-based Wangard Partners recently hired Peter Ginn as the company’s senior vice president of industrial investments.
Ginn brings more than 20 years of leasing, construction management, property development, acquisition and management experience to his new position.
Recently, Ginn was responsible for the leasing, managing and operation of a 25-building, 1.3-million-square-foot portfolio for which he oversaw the work of a 10-member staff.
