Wangard Partners plans to build a 200,000-square-foot speculative industrial building on a 6.3-acre site at the LakeView Corporate Park in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.
An affiliate of Wangard paid $925,000 for the site.
Wangard plans to begin construction of the facility in May of this year. Construction is expected to be complete by the end of 2018.
Centerpoint Wispark Land Company, an affiliate of Oak Brook, Illinois-based CenterPoint Properties and Milwaukee-based Wispark LLC, was the previous owner of the 6.3-acre site.
