Ware Malcomb has completed the new Purohit Navigation corporate headquarters, located in Chicago’s Willis Tower, 233 S. Wacker Drive. Ware Malcomb provided interior architecture and design services for the project while Bear Construction acted as general contractor.

The healthcare communications and advertising agency’s new office is comprised of approximately 10,000 square feet on the 62nd floor of the city’s tallest building in the heart of the Chicago Loop and just steps away from Metra stations and CTA stops. All millwork was custom designed to fit Purohit’s needs, whether it was used strictly for storage or to highlight the firm’s outstanding awards and accolades—all while maintaining a modern, clean façade.

“It was important for Purohit to express their brand personality while also creating an efficient and timeless design that would accommodate this fast-growing company,” said Dawn Riegel, director, interior architecture & design of Ware Malcomb’s Chicago offices. “It was a pleasure to work with their creative team to strike the right balance. The result is an office environment that will inspire employees and clients alike for years to come.”

An open, inviting space with ample natural light was created with an emphasis on a central collaborative area to support creative thinking. With a design concept called “The Creative Path,” the space explores and represents Purohit’s creative thought process and highlights their vibrant branding colors and graphics. The color concepts and client process helped to guide Ware Malcomb’s design.
