NTN Bearing Corporation of America is a leading manufacturer of precision bearings and related products, serving automotive, industrial, and aerospace markets. The company is part of Japan-based NTN Corporation, one of the world’s largest bearing producers.
The new headquarters features an inviting atrium and branded welcome center connected to a work café, as well as engineering libraries, coworking zones, and hospitality-forward amenities that encourage collaboration. Open ceilings with floating acoustic clouds, natural finishes, and custom environmental graphics inspired by NTN’s precision bearing technology create a dynamic balance of engineering and artistry. Enlarged imagery of NTN’s patented bearings appears as sculptural and textural elements throughout the space, celebrating the company’s heritage of mechanical innovation.
The design integrates repurposed materials to reinforce sustainability and continuity, with custom signage and adaptive elements underscoring flexibility, organization, and future growth.
General contracting services for the project were provided by J.C. Anderson. Project management services were provided by Colliers. Business Office Systems (BOS) served as the furniture and demountable wall dealer.
