The Cawley Industrial team consisting of Principal, Andrew Maletich, Vice President, Matt Garland and associate Dustin Albers recently brokered the sale of this 31,059 square foot, free-standing warehouse facility located in Chicago’s O’Hare submarket.
The Cawley Chicago team represented the seller, HAK Management in this transaction. The buyer was represented by Trinity Scurto from Brown Commercial.
