Twin Cities-based Water Street Partners has sold an industrial property in Savage, Minnesota, for $8.184 million.
The property includes a 45,306-square-foot building at 8925 Highway 101 W in Savage.
WSP purchased the vacant building in November 2022 and worked with an undisclosed tenant to make significant improvements to the building.
This is the first disposition out of Water Street Fund II, LLC, which provided a strong return for investors. Judd Welliver and Bentley Smith of CBRE advised on the sale on behalf of Water Street Partners.
