Waterton acquired The Mason, a 263-unit, 14-story high rise apartment community in downtown Chicago.
Located at 180 N. Ada St. in the Fulton Market district, The Mason is proximate to the vibrant lifestyle options of the West Loop as well as some of the city’s top employers.
Floorplans at The Mason include studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes. Waterton plans to implement a light value-add program including in-unit flooring upgrades and enhancements to common areas and amenity spaces.
