Waterton celebrated its 20th anniversary with a private party on the stage of the Jay Pritzker Pavilion in Millennium Park on Oct. 20.
The 20th anniversary milestone comes as the company, formerly known as Waterton Associates LLC, integrates its apartment and hotel platforms, a move that reflects the broader convergence of the multifamily and hospitality sectors in terms of design and operations.
Founded in 1995, Waterton has a $4 billion portfolio comprising approximately 20,000 apartments and 13 hotels across the U.S.
