The commercial real estate news out of Cleveland has been good lately, with the city’s Global Center for Health Innovation and Conference Center set to open ahead of schedule and a new casino drawing crowds to downtown. The recent announcement of a new 46,000-square-foot office lease by the Revenue Group continues the trend.
Weber Wood Medinger/CORFAC International recently closed a 46,676-square-foot office lease on behalf of the Revenue Group at 4780 Hinckley Industrial Parkway in Cleveland.
Revenue Group will occupy the first and second office floors of the 140,000-square-foot office building, a former call center. The building was purchased by developers Chris Semarjian and Stuart Lichter in January of this year. The Revenue Group signed a 15-year lease and will complete a staged move-in during the current calendar quarter.
James Klements and Denise Hahn of Weber Wood Medinger/CORFAC International represented the Revenue Group in the lease negotiations.
Revenue Group is a national accounts receivable firm.
Ohio Realty Advisors is handling the leasing of the remaining 93,000 square feet of office space at the building.
