Chicago-based Sandz Development Co., and its exclusive sales and marketing firm, @properties Developer Services, announced that Webster Square, a new 12-story, 95-unit luxury condominium building in Lincoln Park, is nearing closeout with only 11 residences remaining for sale.

Located at 540 W. Webster Avenue in Chicago, near the intersection of Webster Avenue, Lincoln Avenue and Geneva Terrace, Webster Square’s available condominiums offer one or two bedrooms, one-and-a-half to two-and-half baths, and 927 to 1,678 square feet of living space. Prices range from $465,000 to $853,000 with indoor garage parking available from $50,000.

“As the only new, full-amenity condo building in east Lincoln Park, Webster Square is extremely attractive to buyers looking for a high-rise lifestyle in an established neighborhood setting,” said Cyndy Salgado, executive vice president of development sales for @properties Developer Services. “Webster Square also offers one of the best new-construction values in the entire city on a price-per-square-foot basis. We’re in the high $400s to $500s per square foot, whereas most comparable buildings are $700 to $1,000-plus per foot.”

Every residence at Webster Square has its own private balcony. Owners also have access to a private half-acre landscaped park featuring gardens, seating areas and a dog run. Additional amenities include a spacious lobby with a 24-hour doorman, fitness center, large residents’ lounge and children’s room. A rooftop deck offers views of the city skyline, Lincoln Park and Lake Michigan.

Webster Square’s prime location puts residents within walking distance of Lincoln Park and the area’s best restaurants and retail. Across the street is Oz Park, which features gardens, open space and tennis courts. The building is also situated within the Lincoln Elementary School and Lincoln Park High School boundaries.
