Boston-based Great Point Investors LLC, has selected Minnetonka, Minn.-based Welsh to lease, manage and provide maintenance services for an 840,000-square-foot Twin Cities industrial and office real estate portfolio.

This move became effective May 1.

The Great Point portfolio is comprised of 17 office and industrial showroom buildings located in the northwest suburbs of Plymouth, Maple Grove and Brooklyn Park, Minn. The portfolio is currently 77 percent occupied with available space ranging in size from 2,000 to 28,405 square feet with expansion opportunities for growing companies.

Welsh’s Brett Greenfield serves as the portfolio manager. The leasing team includes Paul Bickford, Jim Damiani, Rob Brass and Andrew Odney of NAI Welsh.

“We are excited to establish this relationship with Great Point Investors on this prominent portfolio,” said Mark Parten, senior vice president, Welsh Property Management. “Welsh prides itself on providing a hands-on team approach, exceptional technology, and value enhancement to our portfolio assignments. To be chosen as their full-service provider for these Twin Cities properties is an honor.”
