Advantage Property Management, a division of West Des Moines, Iowa-based R&R Realty Group, added Drake Rupprecht as Business Development Specialist.
In this role, Rupprecht will focus on developing relationships with companies looking for a trusted partner to manage their commercial real estate assets.
Rupprecht’s arrival comes as R&R Realty Group celebrates 40 years of success, reflecting the company’s ongoing commitment to investing in people, properties, and long-term partnerships. His addition supports Advantage’s continued growth and the increasing demand for locally focused, expert-based property management across Central Iowa.
Derived from a management portfolio of 12 million square feet, Advantage leverages R&R Realty Group’s extensive industry experience to deliver tailored solutions that enhance property performance and long-term value.
Rupprecht is a graduate of Iowa State University with a degree in Marketing and Management. He will help expand Advantage’s network of customers and strengthen connections with businesses across Central Iowa.
