West Des Moines, Iowa-based R&R Realty Group promoted Jenny Livingston to vice president of human resources and Mike Herrmann to president of Advantage Property Management.
Livingston, formerly vice president of tenant relations, brings more than 20 years of experience in property management. In her new role, Livingston will collaborate with R&R officials on human resources strategies.
Herrmann, previously senior vice president of finance and business development, will lead R&R’s property management division, ensuring the delivery of cost-effective, high-quality services for customers and property owners.
