Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company announced the sale of West Grayhawk, a neighborhood shopping center consisting of approximately 100,000 square feet located at 150th & West Maple Road, Omaha, Nebraska.
West Grayhawk is 100 percent leased with the following tenants: Gordmans Department Store, Fresh Thyme, Ulta, Shoe Carnival and Husker Hounds.
Richard Secor, Jr. of Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company represented the Buyer, Lumax Realty Corporation and Tomlin Development Corporation. Bob Begley of Lockwood Development represented the Seller, Royce Grayhawk, LLC in transaction.
