A 27,895-square-foot, brick and timber loft office building sold at 327 N. Aberdeen in Chicago’s rapidly developing Fulton Market neighborhood. The property, which is one block from Google’s Midwest headquarters and three blocks from McDonald’s new world headquarters, sold for $8,150,000.
Chad Schroedl, Drew Dillon and Scott Maesel of SVN Chicago Commercial’s urban real estate team represented the seller in the transaction and were the sole advisors on the deal. Current tenants in the building include art consultants Linda Warren Projects and Leviathan, a creative media firm that was behind the video wall installation in the lobby of 150 N. Riverside.
“The urban real estate team has sold over 50 buildings in the West Loop and Fulton Market, but every building and transaction is unique. This is a great result for both buyer and seller and 327 N. Aberdeen will continue to add to the vibrant Fulton Market neighborhood,” Schroedl said.
