Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of a 17-unit apartment property located in La Grange, Illinois, according to Steven D. Weinstock, regional manager of the firm’s Chicago Oak Brook office. The asset sold for $2,400,000.

Eric P. Bell, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a limited liability company, was also secured and represented by Bell.

Located at 30 S. Spring Avenue, the property comprises 16 two-bedroom/one-bath apartments as well as a single one-bedroom/one-bath unit. Features include a storage unit for each tenant and on-site laundry facilities. Residents enjoy easy access to transportation, shopping and entertainment, with the Stone Avenue Metra station and downtown La Grange both within walking distance.
