Berkadia announced the sale of Westmore Apartments, a multifamily property in Lombard, Illinois. The property sold for $29.25 million by a Chicago-based private seller, and the buyer was Axiom Westmore, LLC., based in Lincolnshire, Illinois.
Community amenities, include a swimming pool, a courtyard with a fountain, laundry facilities in all buildings and a playground and picnic area.
Built in 1968, the apartment complex is located at 1049 S. Westmore Ave. The 230-unit property has access to Interstates 88 and 355, with downtown Chicago less than 20 miles away. Nearby attractions featured in the area are Oakbrook and Yorktown Shopping Center.
