Wharf Partners has started construction of Three Twenty at The Cascade, a luxury mid-rise condominium tower in South Bend, Indiana.
Three Twenty at the Cascade will include up to 18 luxury condo residences in a 77,000-square-foot building overlooking the whitewater of the St. Joseph River in downtown South Bend. The main level will contain a common-area lobby and shared amenities, including up to three restaurants with a terrace connected to the soon-to-be-improved Riverwalk.
The condo building will be a glass-and-concrete structure with a single-level underground parking garage.
Pre-construction pricing for Three Twenty starts in the mid-$500,000 range, topping out at about $1.5 million for a partial-floor penthouse. Residence sizes vary from a 1,777-square-foot flat with one bedroom and a study-flex area to a five-bedroom flat with more than 4,350 square feet of living space.
